Today, the company is led by Antonio and Blanca González Barber, supported by a permanent team of skilled professionals covering the different disciplines involved in building a luxury villa.
Remaining a family business is a deliberate part of how we work. Our clients deal directly with the people responsible for their project, with clear communication and personal involvement throughout the entire process.

Behind every Villas de Lujo project is an experienced team of 25 skilled professionals, working across the different stages of construction. Keeping this expertise within the company gives us greater control over workmanship, materials, scheduling and the countless details that ultimately determine the quality of a finished home.
It also means responsibility remains clear. Problems are dealt with directly, decisions are communicated quickly and the same team remains accountable for delivering the standards agreed at the beginning.
